1. Welcome

Welcome to Boujee & Blessed! By accessing our website or purchasing from our boutique, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable store policies.

2. Products and Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, and pricing.  However, colors may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.

Genuine leather and cowhide are natural materials. Differences in color, texture, markings, and patterns make each item unique and are not necessarily defects.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices and product availability may change without notice.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory discrepancies. Any payment collected for a canceled order will be refunded.

4. Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the issue.

5. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Standard shipping is $7.95 for orders under $75. Orders totaling $75 or more after discounts and before taxes qualify for free standard shipping.

6. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders when necessary, including for inventory shortages or suspected fraudulent activity. Customers will be notified when an order is canceled.

7. Website Content

The Boujee & Blessed name, branding, photographs, and original website content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

8. Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Boujee & Blessed is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
